Tess at Desert Mountain Skin Care is amazing. She really knows her stuff and takes the time to understand your skin and what it needs. She explains everything clearly, so you always know what’s happening and why. The treatment was comfortable, relaxing, and totally customized. My skin looked and felt incredible afterward — smooth, hydrated, and glowing. Tess is professional, kind, and creates a calm, welcoming space. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I’ve been seeing Tess for about 2 years now. I have a variety of health issues and usually walk in bent over and in a lot of pain.
